CONCACAF Qualifiers - Draw - Second Round

A total of 20 teams (teams ranked 9–21 in the CONCACAF entrant list and seven first round winners) will be played home-and-away over two legs. The ten winners advanced to the third round.

Match 1: St. Vincent / Grenadines vs. Guyana

Match 2: Antigua and Barbuda vs. St. Lucia

Match 3: Puerto Rico vs. Grenada

Match 4: (British Virgin Islands or Dominica) vs. Canada

Match 5: Dominican Republic vs. (Belize or Cayman Islands)

Match 6: Guatemala vs. (Bahamas or Bermuda)

Match 7: Aruba vs. (Barbados or US Virgin Islands)

Match 8: (St. Kitts and Nevis or Turks and Caicos Islands) vs. El Salvador

Match 9: (Curacao or Montserrat) vs. Cuba

Match 10: (Nicaragua or Anguilla) vs. Suriname
