A total of 12 teams (teams ranked 35–46 in the AFC entrant list) will be played home-and-away over two legs. The six winners advanced to the second round.

Match 4: Cambodia vs. Macau

Match 5: Chinese Taipei vs. Brunei Darussalam

Match 6: Sri Lanka vs. Bhutan
