CONCACAF Qualifiers - Draw - Third Round

A total of 12 teams (teams ranked 7 and 8 in the CONCACAF entrant list and 10 second round winners) will be played home-and-away over two legs. The six winners advanced to the fourth round.

Match 2: Canada vs. Belize

Match 3: Grenada vs. Haiti

Match 4: Jamaica vs. Nicaragua

Match 5: St. Vincent / Grenadines vs. Aruba

Match 6: Antigua and Barbuda vs. Guatemala
